If McStay does leave an experienced option to come in while the likes of Ballenden/Fullerton develop could be Charlie Dixon?
Was chased by the club a few years ago and is originally a qlder.
Just some food for thought.

Just extend Walker and let him play close to goal, Hipwood can roam further out.

In regards to trades it would be interesting to see if they target players who can’t get back on the park again e.g. McCarthy and Adams.

Players want to play and our medical/conditioning department would be right up there.
Jamie Elliott, Nakia Cockatoo.

I would still love to give Cockatoo a go for this very reason.
Maybe McCarthy can have a word?

I take Stephenson off them he is a gun.. I say he stay there for years to come.. just did something stupid we all do stupid things at times, sometimes more often then you like. :)

I still want another A grade mid.. not sure who..

Hi guys,
Long time lurker- first time poster.
Just thought i'd share that i have on what I consider good authority that there could be a bit of moving on of current players to make room for some targets this off season, there is supposedly around five guys we are targeting.. of which I've been told Hugh Greenwood and Adam Tomlinson are two. Not sure either exactly fill needs, but that's what I've been told.. fingers crossed there's a couple A graders in the mix for those other few🤞

Greenwood wouldn't be best 22. Better off playing a kid with more upside like Rayner

Tomlinson is extremely average. Flexibility is great but he wouldn't be as flexible if he was actually good in a position.

This is one where I agree with jackess, better off playing Rayner or fast track McFadyen in to the team.

People saying not to guys like Greenwood and Tomlinson because they are "average" or "we only want A graders" need to consider the fact that Fagan and Noble would be looking at guys with tools/a skill set that they think they could turn into A graders. Look how much Lyons and McCarthy have improved with us. Perhaps Tomlinson becomes an absolute gun wingman under the tutelage of Fagan. I am do agree somewhat though that the above mentioned guys could hold back some younger, arguably more talented players. They'd no doubt improve the overall depth of the squad though. For those saying we want elite talent only, I think we'd have at least 1 A grader in the works to come to the den. Bradley Hill is my guess.

Brad Hill doesn't make any sense if any of the reporting is remotely true. He'll be in melbourne or still at Freo next year.
