I didn't listen to it myself but I've been told that on today's AFL exchange Podcast that a couple of the possibilities mentioned were Jonathan Ceglar to the Lions and Archie Smith to the Swans.

That would be the only circumstance in which id be happy to to bring ceglar to the club. I dont see a need otherwise.

Very excited about the Rory Laird talk. Would be a great get for the club. How solid would our defense be then. Andrews, Gardiner, Adams, Walker and Payne as talls. Rich, Witherden, Laird, Answerth and Bailey as smalls. Great strength and depth there. Would also allow Bailey to play a bit more sm fwd/mid if needed.

Which Lions player's game is closest to Lairds' ? With Hodge gone our best back 6 would be Andrews Gardiner Rich Adams Answerth Laird leaving Witherden and Bailey to move into the mid field

Apparently he hasn’t re-signed. According to some journo on Twitter.
Was thinking that it was a strange time to be signing when they are the middle of this review?

Just wondering how long before Eddie drafts our medical team to the Pies? an unbelievable offer that can not be refused.

Fages mentioned recently that all our key support staff have been signed on for at least next year. Quite remarkable stability and a credit to Fages that he has 10 Assistant/Development coaches and he has backed them all in. So often, a new coach comes in and brings his own assistants. He has certainly turned over our list significantly since he arrived but not the support staff. In some ways, Hodgey has been his key import and filled the need as a playing assistant coach.

Pretty sure Archie just signed for 2 more years !! So I highly doubt he’d be going to the swans

Sad to read today Luke Power joining Blues as a development coach........think he will be very good.

Daniher but I wouldnt give much for him too much time out in the last couple of years. I think Ah Chee would be the other one from what I have seen. From what others are saying though be happy for any if it works out fairer at the trade table

Watson and Lyon on SEN this morning discussing Daniher to Brisbane getting some legs.
I'm pretty sure we bid on daniher in the draft but the bombers matched with a father son. I don't know for mine for the coin he'd be getting I rather make sure we lock up mcluggage, bailey long term. Don't get me wrong daniher is absolute gun, but hipwood could be better. I reckon Laird and Jack Martin would be bigger pickups
