SOME live draft trade examples..
Pick 32 for Mayne is fine

Pick 32 and future 4th for Mayne is fine

Pick 32 and pick 46 for Mayne is not fine

Pick 32 and future 4th for Mayne and 53 is not fine

No offense to who has those picks, or to azza77

What about if I currently have more open list spots due to recent delistings, than I do picks (essentially) and will be picking up picks int he back end of the draft after people have passed/filled their lists?

Am I able to pick up 32 and 53 as an example and not have to use one of those picks? Or does that just get too messy on the admin end?

Picks go into the 5th round and beyond, so you cannot not have enough picks.

The number of total locks in the draft is locked before the draft, so if somebody trades out two current players or picks, they need to add two more to end up with 45 players.

Further I think what tender is saying if you add 2 picks you need to lose 2 spots, so instead of not using your previous final pick it would be traded. As this balances another list somewhere.
