Yes but the bombers may be unable to field a team. Apart from covid delaying the season it is easily the biggest AFL story so far this year

1 think the Crows are ahead of the pack in that they have actually banned tackling and contact in the actual matches.

No, no. There needs to be a couple more games to cement a ladder, then call it off. Otherwise we draw 19th pick in the draft lottery.

Just confirms what I've always thought of Whately a sanctimonious flog with a big opinion of himself.....Not really that hard to understand it's pretty common with most present and past ABC Commentators/Presenters.

Can put money that GC will get pick 1. They are on track to finally see improvement. Another sneaky little bit of a boost should see them make finals soon. Perfect.

I actually think we will see a lottery styled draft. It will involve results over the last 3 years being used to determine the number of ping pong balls etc...
Bottom team gets the most, top team the least.

GC will therefore get the highest chance. We would (I'm guessing) be mid pack, as this year won't count, but 2017 will....

Yes just an over reaction from Gill. What happens when a player is negative up until the match and then tests positive after.

Simply pointless.

You either let them tackle in training or you don't let them play at all.

I’ve always been bemused by how lauded he’s been. He has always been a simpering sycophant for the flavor of the month and blindingly biased toward anything Victorian. Not doubting his sport knowledge, but his opinions are hit and miss flip-flopping rubbish.

We've invented “touch AFL” which were to slow to pull off anyway.

But there is virtually no CV19 anywhere in Australia, so why ban contact training for people outside of Vic. Oh, that's right, it wouldn't be fair if some could fully train and others couldn't. But strangely forcing teams to play home games interstate and stay in hubs is fair?? Just more Vic bias
