I know it's a great story and I wish him all the best, but Majak isn't an AFL standard player.
Betts served his time well here. We have made far worse decisions than getting rid of Betts.

His 4 goals were either from frees or joe the gooses. He may have a flash or two of brilliance, but his best is well and truly behind him. Getting rid of him was the right decision, but then again, Kornes is a good barometer. Whatever he says, the opposite is usually true.

Top eight looks just about set IMO. The Bulldogs might scrape in, but their forward line isn't good enough to trouble the best sides.
