If he was to leave Richmond, which is very unlikely as Chol will be the one to go, there would not be any change given back from a top 10 pick.

I personally think Cj will leave , From what i have read on another website thats exclusively Richmond they mention both GWS & GC have really put alot of work into him and 1 of the SA clubs have also ramped up their interest.

If i had to give an opinion of his chance to leave stay i would be thinking 70/30 his gone

Exactly. Carlton currently has very few assets to tempt players from other clubs & Cripps is about the biggest there is at Carlton. Everyone knows Carlton is underperforming, including players coming out of contract. It's not really clear if that is due to bad culture or bad coaching but neither is an attractive proposition for other players.

I'm sure Saad & Williams are both pretty disappointed with how this year has gone.

I don't for a minute believe that Carlton has cap issues when you look at the list of players OOC this year. It's like half the list. There's no point though having cap space if it ends up being used to pay over the odds for underperforming/low skill players just to hit the minimum. Carlton did that for years because no players would come.

I think the only way Teague can survive is with a big turnover of assistants, which I would like to see and for the whole group to start laying down some non-negotiables. It has been too easy at Carlton for too long, too easy to get a game, too easy to bludge, too easy to miss tackles, too easy to have shit skills.

For me Cerra vs Cripps is a win for Freo but Cerra has probably 80-100 games more left then Cripps so it’s not that huge of an upgrade. (On Cripps last two years form)
SPS is worth a pick in the 30’s, Fisher around 25-30. I personally rate Fisher a lot higher then others though.

I think when Teague was appointed we were all waiting for some quality assistant announcements. Longmuir was mentioned before heading west. And then we got a few months of Playfair.. And now Zoom Woosha.. Unimpressive in look, and results aren't so hot either.

I would say higher, but it is an evolving landscape and what not. Gotta leave some room for pivoting.
