Would be rude to Merrett if we didn’t ask for him also....Parish, McGrath, Ridley, Cox, AMT, and maybe chuck in their 1st and Jones on top I guess...

Yeh I think Freo would also get Richmond’s first rounder with that too.Don't want it to happen and hope there is no truth in the rumour...
But lets indulge Soapy's rumour
Could this be to our benefit and would you do it?
- Fisher, Cripps and SPS - Could all head home at end of year...
Current ladder position Carlton 13th (6th Pick) and Fremantle 11th (8th Pick)
Fremantle
- Carlton do Fremantle a solid and give them Cripps for FA compo only (Pick 7)
- Carlton trade Fisher and SPS to Fremantle
- Fremantle trade (Pick 9) to Carlton and Cerra to Richmond
- Richmond receive Cerra and trade Colman Jones to Carlton
In: Cripps, Fisher & SPS
Out: Cerra & Pick 9
Richmond
In: Cerra
Out: Colman-Jones
Carlton
In: Pick 7, Pick 9 & Colman-Jones
Out: Cripps, Fisher & SPS
Think all 3 clubs get what they want..
Gives us the chance to make something out of a bad situation...
Picks 6, 7 & 9 and scope to either draft or trade for elite Midfielders... Also gives us another $900++ in the Salary Cap
FB: Docherty - Kemp - Stocker
HB: Williams - Weitering - Saad
C: Martin - Walsh - Pick 9
HF: Cuningham - Colman-Jones - Honey
FF: Owies - McKay - Curnow
FOL: De Koning - Pick 6 - Pick 7
Or we keep Cerra ourselves as part of the Fisher/SPS trade and helping them with Cripps (probably want a 3rd rounder as well)Don't want it to happen and hope there is no truth in the rumour...

Cox wouldn't want to come even if dildo said yes ..I know it won't happen but if Harry did ask for a trade to * we should do what Dildoro did to us over Saad and ask for Nik Cox and AMT and a first round pick and haggle down from there . F**K him and f**k * .

I personally think Cj will leave , From what i have read on another website thats exclusively Richmond they mention both GWS & GC have really put alot of work into him and 1 of the SA clubs have also ramped up their interest. If he was to leave Richmond, which is very unlikely as Chol will be the one to go, there would not be any change given back from a top 10 pick.
GC more likely, he does like those kebabs..... didn’t he eat 2....I personally think Cj will leave , From what i have read on another website thats exclusively Richmond they mention both GWS & GC have really put alot of work into him and 1 of the SA clubs have also ramped up their interest.
If i had to give an opinion of his chance to leave stay i would be thinking 70/30 his gone
Carlton & Richmond do well out of that dealDon't want it to happen and hope there is no truth in the rumour...

2nd round pick for CCJ ? You been on the magic mushrooms today bro ?Or we keep Cerra ourselves as part of the Fisher/SPS trade and helping them with Cripps (probably want a 3rd rounder as well)
And then lure CCJ as an out of contract recruit looking for more opportunity with a 2nd round pick.... might need to add the 3rd from Freo as well if Tigers refuse.
In- CCJ, Cerra, pick 7
to go with pick 6....
Merrett in FA
I realise that bro just like McKay , Walsh didn't want to go to* last year but Dildoro still asked and so should we .Cox wouldn't want to come even if dildo said yes ..
Freo do as well just quietly....Carlton & Richmond do well out of that deal
Players want to come to join Cripps, if he left it would be hard to attract recruits and Zac Williams & Jack Martin would be pissed.I think the chances of getting Merrett are dropping by the week. Zero chance if Cripps left, which I don't think he will. If Carlton wants to attract good players without breaking the bank, they need to get in some coaches people want to be coached by.

Did say probably 3rd as well knackers....Players want to come to join Cripps, if he left it would be hard to attract recruits and Zac Williams & Jack Martin would be pissed.

For me Cerra vs Cripps is a win for Freo but Cerra has probably 80-100 games more left then Cripps so it’s not that huge of an upgrade. (On Cripps last two years form)Carlton don't do well out of the deal at all..
We lose 3 best 22 players...
Fremantle do very well..
They would have to give Cerra and Pick 9 for Cripps if we matched anyway...
Means they get Fisher and SPS for free..
Richmond make out like bandits...
Maybe you should have to offer something else
Maybe it should be
Fremantle - Pick 9 and 2022 First > Carlton Cripps, Fisher & SPS
Fremantle - Cerra 2021 Second rounder > Richmond Bolton
Carlton - Fremantle 2022 First> Richmond Colman-Jones
Fremantle
In: Cripps, Fisher, SPS & Bolton
Out: Cerra, Pick 9, 2021 Second round pick & 2022 First Round Pick
Richmond
In: Cerra, Fremantle 2021 Second Round Pick & Fremantle's 2022 First round Pick
Out: Colman-Jones
Carlton
In: Pick 7, Pick 9 & Colman-Jones
Out: Cripps, Fisher & SPS
Exactly. Carlton currently has very few assets to tempt players from other clubs & Cripps is about the biggest there is at Carlton. Everyone knows Carlton is underperforming, including players coming out of contract. It's not really clear if that is due to bad culture or bad coaching but neither is an attractive proposition for other players.
I'm sure Saad & Williams are both pretty disappointed with how this year has gone.
I don't for a minute believe that Carlton has cap issues when you look at the list of players OOC this year. It's like half the list. There's no point though having cap space if it ends up being used to pay over the odds for underperforming/low skill players just to hit the minimum. Carlton did that for years because no players would come.
I think the only way Teague can survive is with a big turnover of assistants, which I would like to see and for the whole group to start laying down some non-negotiables. It has been too easy at Carlton for too long, too easy to get a game, too easy to bludge, too easy to miss tackles, too easy to have sh*t skills.
I think when Teague was appointed we were all waiting for some quality assistant announcements. Longmuir was mentioned before heading west. And then we got a few months of Playfair.. And now Zoom Woosha.. Unimpressive in look, and results aren't so hot either.I think the chances of getting Merrett are dropping by the week. Zero chance if Cripps left, which I don't think he will. If Carlton wants to attract good players without breaking the bank, they need to get in some coaches people want to be coached by.
97.5% staying.I personally think Cj will leave , From what i have read on another website thats exclusively Richmond they mention both GWS & GC have really put alot of work into him and 1 of the SA clubs have also ramped up their interest.

I would say higher, but it is an evolving landscape and what not. Gotta leave some room for pivoting.
But we have Walsh so that's what really mattersPlayers want to come to join Cripps, if he left it would be hard to attract recruits and Zac Williams & Jack Martin would be pissed.

Yeah I seen that after I sent my response , still reckon it would take a first round pick at least , maybe we could offer up Dow and a second one , apparently they asked about him last year .Did say probably 3rd as well knackers....
I figured he’s a free agent so…Would be rude to Merrett if we didn’t ask for him also....
Gotta keep some young ones though...Yeah I seen that after I sent my response , still reckon it would take a first round pick at least , maybe we could offer up Dow and a second one , apparently they asked about him last year .
