I'm not sure. Always spoke well... articulate his points...quite smart...and can see he can relate to the players. Has been an assistant elsewhere. Even when he was playing he came across this way. I have a feeling he'll actually be a good coach. But yes the proof is to come. May end up a failure.

What appears to be the likely sh!t show is the transition from Clarkson. Will be very interesting how that plays out.

I think the problem he has is the Hawks are going to average for a while. Given he probably would have the choice of jobs over the next few years I am surprised he went with the Hawks despite his allegiance. Your right about Voss, as he found sometimes you only get one go at it
