Not sure how anyone can watch that tonight and think that either of those two sides won't be in Prelims again.

Well imo west coast and tge bulldogs are absolute locks on current form. Richmond wont play as poorly skillwise as they did tonight and get a heap of games at the G. Those 3 are my locks and then port will have to battle it out with a few other sides to be the other one but by no means are they a shoe in

The outs for Richmond are crucial players with no Vlastuin, McIntosh, Prestia and Stack. I feel Richmond's back line is really missing Vlastuin and Prestia would've been handy in the middle especially how Port smashed them in clearances.

Must be ACL for Duursma given the reaction. Feel for him, seems like a kid.

Away and lost by 2 points to a near full strength Port Power team who was kissed by the umpire......Richmond are still the team to beat especially at the MCG.

Port won't beat Richmond at MCG.

Richmond had a LOT out. Port just beat them at home. Like last year, Richmond will be a different beast come finals.

I don't think that is true. You see Butters grab his lower leg immediately. He didn't grab for his knee at all.

You need to win the close games to finish in the top 4 but that will still not guarantee anything in the finals. This season is looking very interesting all of a sudden and is wide open right now I think. Maybe the Richmond dynasty is coming to an end, who knows?, they have some tough games coming up.

vs a team (Port Adelaide) with the talent but crap coaching and havnt adapted to the way the game is moving. ie. Adelaide 2013

I dont think either are premiership material. But at the very least Richmond could take a few contenders down with them come finals. Port Adelaide wont.

But it also does have a very 2016 feel to it with an extremely even competition.

I think comparing Port 2021 to Adelaide 2013 is pretty harsh. We were slugs that season.

Richmond tackle much better than Port Power, I saw a lot missed by the umpired for HTB against Port Power.

Walker doing his ACL very early in the season and was the most important players after Tippett left for money didn't help.
