Has been a blessing in disguise for me too - was so insistent on going 5 deep down back because I had no faith in SDK being named, now that he has, I feel more confident with Gibcus and running 4 rookies, which has allowed me to drop Sicily and upgrade Xerri to Treloar up forward - feels like a much more balanced team and closer to Guns and Rookies.
I suppose its just a question as to whether you like Treloar and Gibcus v Xerri and Sicily

I am scarred from last year after Sharp, Highmore and Kozi were dropped/in and out of the team. Imagine starting Gibcus, McCartin, SDK and Hinge, for them to be dropped/injured early, with nobody else to downgrade/correction trade to. FFS I hate this season so much!!! I wish Ward was out in rd1 to shake things up, force us to take cheaper options.
Ditto mate on last year's experience with rookies, then throw covid protocols in and consider the very real injury risks McCartin and Hinge have for this season.
I'm going in with the bench 3X as stacked as ever before.
