Browns have been fairly balanced 50:50 runass this season. Thats always a good mix of play calling. They always say thats important, not be too one dimensional and helps Chubb/Hunt have not so stacked boxes as well as preserving their health.

On top of that you have $200m Watson who because he's getting paid that much must be used more often....they spent all that money and picks for an elite passer. And as ADP added, been out of action for a year so a need to get him re-acclimated for 2023 season given 2022 is a wash.
