What’s your opinion on Harry DEMATTIA? Only averaging 14 disposals a game this year, does not scream star mid to me.. understand it’ll be tough picking at #13 (maybe #18 on the night), but at least Wilson, Edwards, Simpson, Stevens all can accumulate the ball, would #21 be more around the mark for DEMATTIA?

The more I watched of this kid the more I liked him. His kicking action is a little awkward but he had decent range and a right boot when he needed it. Given his background maybe they think he has more growth in his game than Wilson. Anyway I guess we’ll find out tomorrow and I still wouldn‘t be surprised if we called Edwards.

That’s like my hopes and dreams that we’ll move up to 27 to take Cooper Simpson. Only for us to take our third back flanker for the draft .

We do seem to love Harry. Love that pace, captain, may even have some upside from going FT footy. We could do with the additional leadership skills
