Where the f is the Dees injury report? Want to get the latest update on Maxy before I grab Gawn.
It is, mate, on AFL Website.
Updated 04-APR, 3-5 weeks per that.

AFL website updates before the official club injury reports are guesses. It was 4-6 last week, now it's 3-5.

If it's not direct info from the club, or from fans who attend training and post their observations, I don't believe anything.

"Max ran more than 10 laps. At one stage, he tried a drill with direction changes, that didn't last long."

Right on queue...

IN NEWS that will excite many Dees fans, skipper Max Gawn was back running on the weekend, as he continues to take steps forward in his rehabilitation from a knee injury.

Melbourne’s High Performance Manager Selwyn Griffith said the ruckman was making positive progress in his program.

“Gawny had a great re-introduction to running over the weekend and continued to progress today with getting into high-speed,” Griffith told Melbourne Media.

“He’s started to work on some of his ruck-specific skills as well, so it’s a really great move forward for him.”

Listed as 3-4 weeks

Hmm...

So that's a return in round 7 or 8...

That what you mean? 3-4 per that.

What are you going to do Steve ...bring Grundy in ?
Well I was hoping for an injury report that extended the recovery dates, not reducing it. He's ahead of the original 4-6 weeks.

Dunno if it's worth it.

Not because of the trade, screw the trade, we got plenty, but because it'll be in upgrade season, and can we afford to waste an upgrade to sideways Grundy to English/Witts? Maybe Gawn will return and play mostly forward... who knows...

Food for though...

I'm taking the risk .....Grundy will make $100K + in the next 4 weeks .....and Gawn will be eased back in

Sounds like the Ricky Pointing Cricket...
