Not a big fan of Kane Cornes but a segment he did yesterday on Channel 9 footy show was spot on.

Since Brad Scott left 8 months ago, they haven’t filled the AFL GM spot. There’s zero representation from the AFL and nobody to answer questions such as, what is a fair tackle anymore. Players even have NFI. Biggest grey area in football.

He also got vision of the protected area and numerous bouts of players running within the 10m zone. No free kick or 50m paid. Looks like nobody has any clue what is going on at the moment, and it not only looks bad for us as the fans watching, but it is a complete rort and completely unprofessional.

It is well and truly turning me off the game. Will watch Collingwood until I die as a fan, but until they fix it the game is being reputably ruined.

There is zero accountability it seems, and then players are getting frustrated bc they have NFI what is legal and what is not. AFL need to fix it asap

Burton is in Port half dozen players and will definitely come back in. Jones was taking up Jonas' (the captain) role. I'm not convinced Sinn stays in for more than 2 games.

If it is 3 weeks I will have to trade him out, I held him during his 1 week suspension but I can't hold for a 3 week suspension.

As others have said here we should be given extra trades to deal with all these BS dangerous tackle suspensions. it's becoming a farce.

Sicily lays the softest of the 3, and due to an unfortunate landing gets 3 goddamn weeks at a minimum.

It's absolutely baffling and a blight on the game. For once, an action on the field isn't the blight, but the way it's being penalised.
