Not going to say whether I think the Lobb rumours are true but I don't think the league is that far off being in a situation where players leaving clubs after one season is too far off the norm.

I give it 2-3 years until it happens multiple times each off season across the league tbh.

Seems like an absolute w**ker tbh but he’s shown reasonably consistently he can play footy. Thought his performances whilst at Freo were unfairly judged by a lot of people on here - his season this year would’ve been his worst at Freo though.

Assuming Hamling leaves and we take just three picks, I think we’ll be using the SPP this off season tbh. Think we’ll mainly try delisted WA players (Ruscoe, Sharp) and overlooked WA draftees (probably mature agers) though.

As depth, sure, but he's 30+ and a campaigner so I can't see it happening.

Walks into our best 22 instead of Treacy any day.

Only reasons I wouldn’t want him is his salary could force out other players and/or the players don’t want him back.

Contracts won’t mean jack very very soon.

Clubs will do 5 year deals, like EPL, NBA, NFL - and have massive bargaining power over the trades.
