Yep it was a moment of madness. I'm keeping Dawson - happy with my D1-D3. Will work on one or two of those D4-D6 spots when I can (Ginbey great, but Constable's JS has me worried).

Everyone trading in Freo defenders off 1 round of Saints playing no half decent forwards will provide quality melts over the next couple of weeks. They didn't even win the game FFS.

My hope is he gets picked and the DE gods have mercy on him. Coaches aren't gonna let a half back flanker with DE in the 50%s stick around for that long.

Maybe if you already have Daicos and Ridley it's worth looking at. Think some people are going for PODs more for the sake of it then if they will actually outscore their more common counterparts.

Jones to Callagan & Hopper to Ziebell/JHF - this will leave Sheezel as my F6 for now but pretty light on in defence.

Ideally would wait till next week but not sure how many rookie corrections I'll need to make.

Im feeling relatively comfortable after a 2095 and have actually built a bit of a plan.
This week
Stewart is out for Docherty.
If Jones doesn't get up, he will be out for McKenna.
I have concerns surrounding the job security of both Constable and Chesser. Weller has been deemed fit, so it's worrisome.
I hope Chesser gets another go.

Next week (dependant on performances):
If Serong struggles again, he will be out for LDU.
If Hopper struggles, he will be out for JHF (if he doesn't shit the bed, which I'm half expecting to happen).
Plus will likely boost to rookie correct if necessary.

On Hopper, he will start scoring well as the months get colder and the game slows down a bit, but hoping he can show something this week as I'd prefer to keep him.

Saints leaked massive points to Freo's defenders, not beyond the realms of possibility he could play and go a long way to making up for rd.1.

The average Rd 1 scores this year are way lower than last. Someone on twitter posted that 2269 ranked them 29,133 last year Rd 1. This year that score put you in the top 100

Does anyone know much about Brennan Cox? He had a big preseason score (around 130 IIRC) and then scored 154 in round 1 and no-ones talking about him. Does he have a new role, has he really improved or are those two games an aberration? Is it worth bringing him in this week as he is playing North?

I started with him but am as nervous as **** by the selection.
I'd lean towards not getting him because you've probably missed his biggest score.
