Really?Fantasia isnāt an inside midā¦.
I would say Arrow that we are more likely to give them 11 and take 17 ourselves
I find this hilarious, guess what - we do not want Hewett in the midfield next season! It doesnāt ****ing work!Hewitt is easily better midfielder than Kennedy . Itās not even close .. Kennedy played every where because we had injuries and if that happens again who cares we will finish 8th or 12th.. if we donāt have injuries and contend Hewitt will play and Kennedy wonāt so itās an easy decisionā¦. I like Kennedy , comes across as a top bloke but this is a football club not who you want to hang out with on the sat having a punt .. tough decisions need to be made
Agree. Young is the least of our problems with list management. His form has been good when given an opportunity. If we found someone to perform like Young late in the season we'd be patting ourselves on the back.
We need a guy like Young...wait, Young is guy like Young!

OK. If we accept this as the new norm, the please explain WTF Fantasia is still doing on the list. Has contributed in no way and I'd rather keep any one of the 3 that have been told to look elsewere.
L.Young was on the lookout mid-season (VFL bound) from earlier aired reports
Marchy is badly broken
Cat B time was up for DA
SDK would be 1 x 1st rounder. Also, has some concerns on his knee. If disgruntled = hard to keep.
Rip his jumper off everytime he scores against us.Whateley reckons Owies is bound for Essendon or Melbourne.
I will genuinely spew if the former arises
Even the best sides have lapses within games that cost them wins, and ultimately seasons. There is only one winner.I think you're looking at this with rose coloured glasses.
What was the excuse for the Adelaide game when we had a relatively low injury list?
Why did we allow Daicos to run through in the last minute to kick the match winner?
Where was our plan B when GWS had come back from 39 points down to go 6 goals up?
Injuries played a part and I'm not denying that but there's more problems with the club and the lack of plan B we often have.
We have a top 4 list IMO. That doesn't mean we are a top 4 team.
Gerard didnāt say that, it was a text they received during the trade bell with Sam EdmundWhateley reckons Owies is bound for Essendon or Melbourne.

If we stick with the same players, same game plan, same list management strategies and same strength and conditioning we will go backs if we havenāt yet already. Other teams are flying past us so Iām all on board this rumour that weāre looking everywhere and the club isnāt happy.
Letās shake it up a lot for 2025.
Wasnāt the consensus that the midfield was too slow and couldnāt transition back quick enough which is why teams can easily slice through us?
If so, and the midfield mix needs to change, it seems reasonable that Kennedy would be the one asked to leave / look at his options.
You say that, but then someone pointed out he kicked over half of those against Tigers, North and Eagles.People who are happy to get rid of Owies and Kennedy need to remember they kicked 49 goals between them this season. That's 49 goals we need to find next season.

Well Kennedy doesn't want to play forward anyway, so we'd be replacing some of those anywayPeople who are happy to get rid of Owies and Kennedy need to remember they kicked 49 goals between them this season. That's 49 goals we need to find next season.
When we play well, we score plenty. Others will kick goals. I think more importantly, we need to find a way to concede ~35 less goals next year, either through personnel or methodPeople who are happy to get rid of Owies and Kennedy need to remember they kicked 49 goals between them this season. What about the trade fails you conveniently ingnore: Williams, Thomas, Mcgovern, Martin, Cerra.Geelong like us and every club has had stinkers too, itās early but two years in at their top 8 pick from the 22 draft has managed 15 games and has really struggled.
Every draft there are lots of players from the 1st round who never get going for whatever reason.
Every year people double down that the player they like will be a gun, they just might, but thatās not reality.
Go back and have a look at the 1st round in 2020-2022 and see how many havenāt come on.
