2025 Afl Draft

Someone may have posted on here but can't find it.
What are the new AFL drafting rules for 2025?
I know the DVI has changed.
I know the discount for academy/FS/NGA players has dropped from 20 to 10%.
Is there anymore changes?
Do clubs need to pick up academy/FS/NGA players within a certain amount of picks of where they are bid on or is it based on just matching the new DVI?
