Nobody thinks Ratten was a gun coach, but this narrative that Lyon has turned around a sinking ship is highly debateable. We are 4th last ffsOh ok so Ratts just hit the draft and went all out in kids like Lyon has?
I see …missed that but but up the agenda Bill you’re nothing if not constant..![]()

The ginger in the front row.Let's play where's Waldo--because Tony is in this picture somewhere

Offer Collard 3 but Windy 2? Doesn't make sense at all. When will we stop lowballing our kids with potential?
Mine is Joffa Mann however didn't sound cool enough. My birth certificate is stavro
Was about to say, TDK is still a goer for those who think Keeler and heath are either out the door or our of favour for any particular reason.
We get it you don't like RossNobody thinks Ratten was a gun coach, but this narrative that Lyon has turned around a sinking ship is highly debateable. We are 4th last ffs
We have drafted really well the last few years, and that is exciting. However, you seem to want to give him all the credit for the list being in better shape to Lyon. Rebuilding through the draft was the only hand we have had to play.
As for playing the kids, Ross does this because we dont exactly have an army of senior players knocking doen the door. It is hardly a bold call to sit Zac Jones in the 2s.
In anything, Ross continues to give far too much leeway with ageing players. He has been very leniant with poor form from Hill, Steele, Wood etc. Taken way too long to make midfield adjustments.
Let's see where we are in 12 months, but onfield I would say we are underperforming quite a bit.
Ross has a talented young list at his disposal. It will be interesting to see how long you can keep putting him on a pedastool if we are ordinary next year.
The middle aged guy with the beard and grey t shirt clearly.Let's play where's Waldo--because Tony is in this picture somewhere

Bullshit. We could have kept doing what we were doing. We have drafted really well the last few years, and that is exciting. However, you seem to want to give him all the credit for the list being in better shape to Lyon. Rebuilding through the draft was the only hand we have had to play.

How about we make the next crop earn midfield minutes instead of handing them a spot with no pressure to perform because we have no other midfield options on the listHe has to go. He's taking up midfield minutes that are better given to our next crop.
Also is far from reliable week to week and too one paced.
It’s funny. Ross gets criticized for running the entire football department, but when the team does something good - he shouldn’t get that credit?Nobody thinks Ratten was a gun coach, but this narrative that Lyon has turned around a sinking ship is highly debateable. We are 4th last ffs

Based on all coaches voting against it (I think) in the most recent coaches catch up, and an actual football person in charge of the rules that started on Monday.Based on what? Is there any reporting on this and timeline of AFL decision on it

So we should have zero depth on the list because of a problem you've made up in your head.Sure fire way to be stuck in the mud when our senior players never get dropped after bad games either.
He did drop dal and MilneIt’s funny. Ross gets criticized for running the entire football department, but when the team does something good - he shouldn’t get that credit?
I do agree with your point about him never dropping his favorites. He had the same issue in the good old days.
Maybe he likes Brad hill running around like a gummy shark

You would be the first to complain when we get thrashed.Sure fire way to be stuck in the mud when our senior players never get dropped after bad games either.
Sounds good in theory. Might piss off a player agent in the process which might be a good thing. Then piss off the not very good ruckman and keep your elite player instead.
It's a good time to have 2 gun rucksBased on all coaches voting against it (I think) in the most recent coaches catch up, and an actual football person in charge of the rules that started on Monday.
The coaches were bemused it wasn’t scrapped this year (good evening Laura)
You want Steele and Marshall dropped? FMDLosing Steele and Marshall means having 0 depth?

You would be the first to complain when we get thrashed.
