Yes he showed me something I haven’t seen before today.

I’m not that impressed by give and goes, or bounces especially when you turn it over. Stats yeah great but plenty of players can accumulate big numbers.

Today he took responsibility, showed his metal and his football IQ and dragged us to a win. He is literally a match winner, according to mitchell you can’t tag him out of a game, Geelong 9 coaches votes but today was something else.

I thought he was very good but raised an eyebrow at stavs McLeod comparison, today I’m a believer. He’s not McLeod, he’s Nas and if we can put the pieces around him we’re going to be a serious threat deep into September.
