Fantasia, Cincotta, Lemmey delisted

Not surprised with Fanta - was a fine low-cost roll of the dice whose skill set was exactly what we needed if his body would let him play.

A little surprised with Cinc - feels like versatile depth, wouldn't cost much to retain. Would indicate that maybe the philosophy will change from using mature players as depth, to using injuries in-season to provide opportunities for kids (ie. if we need a small defender next year, Charleson or Wilson get the nod ahead of Cinc, if we need a tagging mid, Ben or Lord get the role etc.).

Lemmey I am genuinely surprised about. Maybe I shouldn't be, because I know he's yet to feature in the seniors and is far from the complete package. But it seemed to me that for a late pick KPP, he was showing some good signs in his third year. I wonder if we might be playing the "delist and rookie" card with him as a bit of a motivator to see if he lifts his intensity. Or...they just don't reckon he'll get there and are happy to call it now.
