SA midfield looking strong. Clean and fast movement through the corridor.

Josh Murphy kicked 11 for North Albury yesterday against Yarrawonga, still only 19

I reckon his best bet will go to a stand alone VFL side next year. Get on Werribee or Coburgs list and he’ll be in the AFL within 18 months. The kid is ridiculously talented.

Hadn’t heard much about Jett Dahlitz prior to today, but he is looking clean and crisp with his disposal.

Sharp & LeRay been fantastic too.
Doing some reading, looks like Dahlitz only joined the SANFL U18 state program last November.
187cm, looks pretty athletic, uses it well (86% efficiency). Not unlike Eddie Ford, maybe we're onto something.
LeRay at 189cm impressed as well with his ball use.

But we all know Brady would've been enthralled with Mitch Marsh as a 191cm half fwd.

Realistically what do we need to target in this draft? KPF, pacy half-forward and another Riley Hardeman?

There’s plenty of Fremantle and West Coast prospects to keep an eye on at the upcoming AFL National Under-18s Championships.

Both the Dockers and Eagles will be well represented from a Next Generation Academy perspective, there’s also a father-son gun in the mix.

East Fremantle product [PLAYERCARD]Tom Phillips[/PLAYERCARD], who’s been labelled WA’s first FIFO under-18s player, is another on the Dockers’ radar.

Phillips lives in Melbourne where he boards at Scotch College, but played WAFL Futures for the Sharks back in 2023 and has flown over the recent trial games.

I hope that we bid on Walley (WC) & Whan (Freo). Whan has a bucketload of potential, you could make an argument he is one of the best kicks in the draft.

Like the look of Swadling, Hallett and Evans too.
