I'm going to say something contraversial here. I'm not sure how Elijah and Harry could be sitting there watching this debacle and not be squirming in their seats. We all face hardship, harden up and get out there to help. I wish I was on $800,000 per year because I front up every day for a fraction of that, no matter what.

You have no idea why they're not in the team. Telling them to 'harden up' is both unhelpful to them and to a wider group of people going through shit they need time to deal with.

Fly made changes based on the conditions and the way we were playing in the first half. Voss did nothing. Not positional or tactical. He just said play the same way even though it’s pissing down with rain. He also made zero changes to our stoppage situation, he just let them run goal side of the stoppage.

Yes the players are also to blame. Weitering just questioned the mental toughness of the group (clearly he is pissed). But there comes a point where you have to react to what’s in front you and not hope, fingers crossed, that whatever was working in the first half will just snap back into gear again.

Voss is no longer the answer. And the players we have on the list will not take us anywhere. It’s going to be another rebuild. It’s so depressing to type that.

I think we can see what they are trying to do. There was a concerted effort to lower the eyes today. The problem is that it only takes a weak link for it to fall down.

spot on and there’ll be more similar results. Team is just not up to it at this point in time, we haven’t recovered mentally from the poor start of the season and physical fitness , endurance are poor, we’ll need till mid season break to fully recuperate. The expectations and pressure for much better performances and wins has been enormous.

In Q3 I thought the issue was the boys just couldn’t get their hands on the footy. Then Q4 came and it was clear that even with the footy in hand they couldn’t use it they way they needed to.
