Probably not the place to ask this but I’m shocked that there is no new 2025 apparel from the club and Nike yet.
Where’s the 2025 merch in terms of hoodies and beanies, training gear,
etc.
All they have done is drop the 2025 jumper and clash jumper as well as one new grey t shirt and we are less than a month out from the season

It’s very disappointing on all fronts from the club and its sponsor partner.

Ironically once you're married your hips never touch
Not quite true, the hip pocket gets touched regularly.

Are we the only club with no new apparel? Just the 2025 jumpers and t-shirt

I think the community camp might be the reason for a 5pm start tomorrow. Possibly a late return for the players meaning no early start the next morning.

Definitely no special event on tomorrow, just normal match sim I reckon.

Nah, i've been told its because they want to prepare for practice games starting at a similar time.

Seriously, it seems like we have a lot of niggles and injury risk coming from impact / collision during our match sim. I wonder if at some point during the preseason there is less value in doing more match sim and more value in the non-contested parts of development (running and skills) to minimise risk of injury. I'm just waiting to hear that someone has done a knee or shoulder.

Pendles has spoken about this. I posted this article in the thread a few days ago.

Tbf they didn’t even start to do match sim until a couple weeks ago.
We have had no injuries come from match sim this preseason that I’m aware.

They’ve already altered the program significantly to reduce the chances of impact injuries and concussion. Sometimes it’s unavoidable, it’s a contact sport and if you practice without contact completely you’re going to be smashed to bits during the season.
We’re actually in a pretty good position compared to a lot of other teams on the injury front.

Get Jordy and Titch up and rolling and we're looking sweet

Pure athlete. His skills look good too. Once he gets some experience I think he’ll be a handy player
I thought Tew was surprisingly composed in the VFL last year too. Improve his kicking and add the core strength he needs and then look out.

Pendles rating Perryman the most impressive recruit in match simulations. He's feeling Luke Ball vibes, which is handy while there are concerns with how many games Mitchell will play, and if De Goey needs more of a split forward
