They've been training whilst overseas.

When does training officially kick off? Middle week in November usually, right? They usually do 4-5 weeks pre Xmas (if we miss finals)?

Nov 11 for 1-4 years, though given how much time they have had off, I reckon we'll see most of the senior boys there too

Good to see AJ there getting in some early training. Obviously the act of getting delisted has been felt, and it maybe the wake up call he needed.
If we do get to redraft him as a rookie, we may see an improved version of him next season....
