Oh, I didn't disbelieve he was there, I just wondered why there wasn't a clearer pic of him. There likely will be later.

Not sure how we go about getting him match fit though, has missed a lot of football. Perhaps we lone him to the bombers tonight?

If Bobby has been out of training for the past 10 weeks there’s no chance he maintained his conditioning on his own. But go hard in the next 2-3 weeks and he could still have some hope of playing eg sub in a prelim, full game in a granny. If we make it that far.

He has only missed about 3 weeks of training, 2 weeks of solid training and I am bringing him in.

Really? Had in my mind it was more but admit I haven’t kept track.

To be fair if his personal life was falling apart it's pretty unlikely he was doing the hard yards needed to stay competitive with players in peak training environments. On the otherhand a bit of a break could have him feeling physically refreshed.

Let's see repeat training efforts at high intensity before we make any calls. The guy is a gun but it's not going to be easy to get back at this stage, physically or mentally. And even if he doesn't, that's ok. He already won us one flag.

Life and health is more important than football, just ask poor Murphy.

Like I said, we don't know what training he's been doing or how he's currently going.

He asked Fly for some hope, so that's a positive as to where he's at.

I think the expectation of us as supporters is that the club nurtures Bobby through this terrible time and out the other side. If he plays another game of footy this year then it's a total bonus. That's what Fly indicated in his last presser, and I think it puts things in their right order.

Wade did say they were going to deload beau over the next few days.
Wouldn’t surprise me if he was swimming or running on the alter g treadmill to maintain his fitness base.
