Coming round to Parker. I reckon we need a good communicator who's already a proactive leader off the field and will lead by example on the field. He's the only one I can think of who ticks all three boxes, but the big risk is his body really slows down

He's unconditional. Opposition players are wary of him and he'd run through a brick wall for his teammates - and he does.

Perfect Captain for a couple of years to allow Harry to grow further. FOS might be thereabouts in a few years too.

Larkey - I think he can lead in good times and bad, on and off the field. Doesn’t matter if he occasionally shows some frustration out there, it’s not Harmanpreet Kaur levels of moodiness that can damage a team. Sheezel as VC. Love X to bits for what he does in the field but being club captain is an all round job and it would be good to have someone in the role who is a bit of an extrovert and well-spoken, it’s been a while.
