I love a preseason thread! Mostly because it signifies the last days of that terrible draft / trades thread

Plenty to like about this.

Love the fact he wants the players to embrace mistakes and he expects them. If they aren't making mistakes then they are playing too safe. Already opposite to Goody ball.

Also love the fact he's opening up the Round 1 team to anyone. I get it, a lot of coaches probably use this one, but it shows that the Oliver's and Petracca's are gone. Spots are up for grabs and no one including the coach probably has a solid idea on what the team will look like exactly. Keep the kids hungry and motivated and not scared to go after it.
