Is Jordan Clark taking majority if kickins at Freo with Luke Ryan out?

You’d think so.

I thought Judd McVee would take some too but he’s still playing lockdown

But on Ryan though, he’s not the best player when he actually has to defend and not just play for +6s

Think I'm going to start Clark, his opening 6 fixtures are too good to ignore without Ryan. They'll have plenty of waxing late from being comfortably ahead in quite a few of these matches. His a nice price point where you can get up to a Nas easily enough or drop him down to a Windsor if he's real.

I’ve been toying with starting him as well. Ryan out is massive - right?

Originally I had Sinclair but Clark with no bye is bloody handy and will be a unique. Surely Young and Serong are first tagged in that team as well. And even with freo’s low scoring gameplan, it doesn’t seem as though it really affects Clark

Still up in the air with Mckercher and Rachele...

Mckercher mid is unknown but don't really like anyone else around that price, don't want to pay up for premos, Z Johnson or Coleman the likely replacement if i was to go that way, but think id rather downgrade next week if he looks bad.

Rachele with both Peatling and Soligo in looks iffy now, but once again don't like many of the other options, Reid and Marshall can be downgrade options if either pops.

Thoughts from anyone?

Just looking back on my first team which was October 31; many players survive:
Bruhn, Butters, Rozee, Pittonet, Flanders, Sheezel, Caldwell, McKercher, Houston to name a few.

Two others, Parish and Blakiston, survived until last night. I have been so keen on them but I’m now wavering. Injury worries me with Parish, and I’m concerned that the club may see it that way as well. Maybe he will be managed a bit. With Caldwell a bit injury prone as well I’m wary of having too many of those with that history.

Blakiston looked a brilliant pick and is also likely to get DPP but now with Reeves added to the Hawthorn team I fear he will be monstered. Add to that, games coming up against Xerri with his power, English with his height and athleticism/running power followed by the all round awesomeness of Gawn, I’m worrying that Blak really struggles to score. Shame because he has looked good.

Some late changes that I couldn’t have imagined a few weeks ago but those two guys really worry me.

**** it, I got scared off by McKercher. Figured him at D2 was probably too risky with Houston at D3.

Sinclair brought in and can always move Houston to McKercher next week if he duds it up.

But Ryan is highly likely to be back next week or the week after. He has had an interrupted preseason so we are giving him a little longer to get match fit. Ryan will 100% be back by the Richmond game. Which is why I am hesitant to start Clark. But I have looked at him.

This is my question as well.
Have had Rachelle, but he is the one who goes to Reid whenever I’m trying to squeeze out extra money.
Surely Rachele still plays a good chunk of midfield, even with Soligo and Berry in. They've trialled him there all preseason.

Worried about Reid's scoring potential with Serong, Brayshaw, Young, Erasmus and Jackson all in the side now. I don't think he gets the CBA's.

He only got 20% of the CBAs in his pre-season game. I think he is more in line to be a wing/HFF type than a guy starting in the guts.

I have him in my team, but honestly not expecting much beyond 70 score wise.
