Need to find a way to get an actual backline premo in who delivers week in week out. Looking at you Roberts and Whitfield.

Farrow to either of those if I can raise the funds.

Noah Anderson is going to lure me in again isn't he. He has some kind of control over me that I just can't resist. The hurt factory will be in full swing.

The data case is strong though.

He's a bit like Serong, in that even though he's had a bad start in terms of SC, he's also an intrinsic part of an elite midfield that should touch up quite a few teams from here on in. Add that to 4+ years of averaging 100, and how they're both in the primes of their careers, and there's a pretty good counterargument against recency bias.

Problem for me is Anderson's bye. But I can definitely understand the appeal.

Someone talk me out of getting Bodhi Uwland in as a pod D6
No, he is a good choice. Just check you byes, all good then go for it. I was looking at him a few weeks back but didn't work in my side through the byes.

Still considering him might go sideways after his bye if some other things work out.

Liam Henry and Nik Cox doesn't really inspire confidence.
Henry in 2 games av 72 on only 58% game time both games....he's been out for a while so reckon he'll go ok with increased game time as he gets fitter. Higgins and Butler to come back might upset those plans.

I think he looks good, but yeah the possibility of being straight back out scares me. What's the eta on the others?

I've had Serong and Anderson for most of the year and they've been a tough own so far. History says they're quality and law of averages suggest they'll be good enough in the end. Will be galling if you're buying in and getting 120s, though, when I've had to eat all the 70s.

butler is s***. Won’t be getting a game if Higgins/Henry/Wilson are all fit

Yeah I'll probably do that too.

I do wonder about McCartin being back in a week or two though
The kid looks pretty legit. Larkey, his direct opponent, was a candidate for least effective player on ground yesterday.

Yeah Souv plausibly had a bad day in his own right. But Edwards did enough that if he does get a spot alongside McCartin next weekend then I'd back him in for a run of games.

Either Carroll > Wedwards or Cook > Henry and Bruhn > Suitcase.

Would prefer to hold Bruhn a little longer but hard to look past Suitcase at under $500k and with spike scores from Jagga and Murdock, Bruhn's the obvious choice.

With spike score from Murdock it will be AA/steene out to rookie and bruhn to clug. The question is whether the 3rd trade will be selwood/marshall to ash or Callaghan or whether i go mcandrew to one of xerri/Jackson.

Rosas straight swap for Rankine

Might save the second trade coz I'll need them for the byes and I'll only have 18 left after getting Rankine
