Doesn't have pace or strength. You want to tick one of those boxes as a mid

I was including the physical side under player development. Plenty of slower mids with great hands and vision have dominated over the years.

Good news for Powell at his worst he is better than Harvey, Konstanty, Pink, CCJ Stephens and Hansen Jnr.

So great news for Powells.

Usually core strength comes into play then. Neale definitely has it, albeit perhaps due to extramarital reasons.

Powell never will

Trent Dumont 2.0

He didn’t get much CBA time.

What was it 9%?

LDU, FOS, Parker and Sheezel all preferred.
Even Jy got minutes ahead of him.

Are we just waiting for him to become a gun on the flanks or a run with player or what ever the **** the plans are with him.

The contract extension was baffling and the role he’s been asked to play is one of a high pressure player which doesn’t make any sense.

Year 6 too btw. Year ****ing 6.

Yep, no idea what the plan is. Only played in the middle during the 4th quarter. Odd

We started the game with Konstanty and Powell as our smallest forwards but the 6"3 Duursma looked more dangerous at ground level.

Powell isn't quick enough, lacks zip to play as one of only two small/high half forwards. Maybe Clarko sees him as a Breust type but he can't play Larkey, Zurhaar, Darling, Duursma and Powell in the same forward line. We will get killed at ground level, as we were yesterday.

Parker, Sheezel and Powell are all as slow as treacle at this level unfortunately.
