Hope he's not a vegan.
Vegans are more likely to fracture a bone than those who follow a diet that is based around animal products, researchers have said. People who eat a plant-based diet are 2.3 times more likely to break a hip than meat-eaters and 43% more likely to fracture a bone in general.

If he's a vegan he'll be working with a dietician to make sure he's getting all the nutrition he needs. That study wasn't conducted on professional athletes who have professionals managing their diet and activity

Not as silly as it sound's. Need's to hit the food, sustagen and the training hard. It will definitely build him up and he'll be physically able to position himself and go for the marks without hurting himself or run into people at training. He has the size, he just needs to work on becoming a big boy.
