Unit. I didn't want to go too hard as probably need the replay to know but I think conservatively amongst the best half of our team today which is an excellent result. He has serious tools to play with, fast, big, already strong.

I was surprised Bergman got a game ahead of him, not for game impact but for the reason you point out; Bergman could be good, but atm he’s under sized compared to Goater, who already looks strong across the shoulders

From memory, Bergman picked up the team structures really quickly.

On what we saw today from Goater and Bergman's early season form in the VFL they both look like they will be regular players in the future.

Fair year in the end for draftees, all 5 have shown enough to think they can be long term players.

Also shows the importance of having a strong VFL team and structures. Give the kids the best environment to develop.

His biggest weaknesses are his kicking (which has improved quite a bit this year) and endurance (felt like he ran out the game really well today).

Huge ceiling - so much to look forward to with the Goat.

Just on the VFL, if we end up with Walker, Ziebell, and Turner all spending time in the VFL next year it will be of benefit to the young players learning the caper.

Has that same lateral movement step that LDU has. Same size as well. I got them confused a couple times today, which says it all. He is an excellent prospect.

I kept confusing him with Greenwood, until he started moving. Greenwood can't move like that.

Excellent debut - straight from the first bounce he was composed, wanted the ball and used it well.

Should be starting 22 for Round 1 next year - either wing or half back.
