Free agency compensation might produce a better result.Offers will be made on Cloke during trade week. He is out of contract at the end of next year and can walk for nothing. A late second round or even early third round will get it done.

Another VFL worthy performance from the big fella
Have a close look at Clokes game yesterday.
Have a look at his gut running, have a look at his ability to get off his man and make position.
Then have a look at the delivery to him. And then wonder why he gave it to teammates on occasion.
Here's a guy doing everything right to play and stay at the club he loves, and the idiots drop the ball in his head when he is two on one, or kick it away from him when he has made the perfect lead.
He is not what he was a few years ago, but he certainly is not finished if he can get better delivery.
Dropped again.
Will he be at the club next year?
Was that a rhetorical question?
Honestly I don't know
You would think it's an inevitable collision course for the back doorThe answer would be no. Required 200+ game players don't get dropped back to the reserves three times in the one year, especially not in round 21, and I'm sure all parties involved are quite aware of where this is going now.
Looks like he's been made the scapegoat again for our dysfunctional forward line.Sure he wasn't good last week, but he still had more marks than Cox and White combined and was more influential than either of those players.
How is our forward line going to look next year if Moore gets injured, which he often does, and we have to depend on Cox and White as our two key forwards? Is that line up going to trouble any defence in the competition?
You can't flog a dead horse I'm afraid. Even if he was played and puts up performances like he has of late it's not going to increase his value. His heart is just not in itWhy wouldn't Bucks just play him anyway in order to try to drive his trade value up?
