Reminds me of a fella I played footy with up in Cairns yonks ago - Robbie Barramundi - only slight but as quick as a seagull to a chip and as smooth as you'd like. As tough as an old boots and never took an overhead mark as he had a standing spring of about 4ft, funny as f#ck.

Matt Campbell was only 66-67kg when he debuted.

When you are slippery, quick and evasive you don't need to be 80kg.

In saying that, I think he will get a full season of VFL footy under his belt before he gets a crack in the seniors. Along with his body, his tank probably isn't up to AFL level yet.

The training clips are still exciting nonetheless.

Any idea how heavy a papley or charlie cameron type is?
I wouldn't really want him to get any bigger than those.
Heck even boomer would be a good comparason, god its funny seeing spicer and boomer together; harvey actually has someone playing that's shorter than him.

Kossie Pickett was 67 kgs last season.

If he’s good enough - he’s big enough.
His skill set is for the open spaces and his size will benefit him.
If he brings this output to the vfl - I can see him debuting this year.
That's pretty much what P. Spargo said to young Charlie

Thread about an exciting young player turns into talk about trains ........

Noted.

Next time we will only deviate into standard BF non footy discussions on the merits of veganism and the leftist plot to hijack the footy club for socialist, namby pamby tokenistic agendas. For pages on end.

Before reverting to personal attacks on other posters. And in some instances - players we seem to have a pathological and/or illogical disliking for.

Hopefully that makes everyone more comfortable.

I didn't think Charlie was that tall. Spicer is 1.72 m, so he probably won't be too far off.

Isn’t it...it’s January not July

Had the pleasure of traveling India’s rail network 20 years ago and it was fun.
Ps I had a seat
Was served tea on a silver tray sitting on the roof of a train from Jaisalmer to Delhi...great memories...20++ years ago. Remember arguing with a guy about cricket. He said Merv Hughes has scored a bundle with the bat and Borrder had taken 5 of 6 wickets and I suggested he got them back to front. But he knew his stuff.
