Im going early and suggesting Jayden will play some games next year. He's elevated his game to the level at every step he was challenged to in 2024.

I think he starts as a small defender, adding to the depth we've added this off season. His run and dare will be a fun watch. Hopefully translate to a move further up the ground after a year or two.

I did enjoy some of his moments in the forward half he displayed at VFL level.

Nguyen. Quiet early but came into the game. His is a solid little bloke who has some tricks. Will be an interesting watch.

He is the epitome of what a (Category) B rookie should be, NOT a 300 gamer like Jack ******* Gunston.


Between his tenacity to take the game on, neat skills and speed that is passable, I think he is the perfect rookie selection.

Looked promising against Port. I thought ‘who is this kid’ a few times early in the game when we were under siege. He stood up very well I thought.

Not great yet. You can often see him ball watching in the wide shots and not in a hard defensive position. It is the question mark I have. He rolls the dice a bit too much for my liking right now.

Was in reference to him ‘passing McGrath’, which is an utter nonsense and not fair to either of them, the players that McGrath is soundly beating, Nguyen would get slaughtered by right now.
