Hmmm. A bit like what Dean Laidley did with Port? He skyped into team meetings from Melbourne. Not ideal is it.

nup. laidley was only a part time midfield coach too, i think, so not an outright senior assistant. if the lions do something similar, they're making hard for themselves, but i guess that's not unusual during the voss era.
