fine with him being depth role player. feel like he can contribute, but it will be limited.
can kick goals, can run.
struggles with general disposal efficiency, but given how much grass he covers i’m not surprised.

At the risk of firing up certain parties, what is the go with this bloke for next season?

Has shown he can be a solid contributor but can also be the drizzling shits. I can't imagine him anywhere near the 23 given his finish to the year.
Seemed completely uninterested in 2025 and don't expect that to change.

It's a strange one isn't it . why don't you think it won't change. I thought both Payne and Will showed so much more keenness when playing than Baily this year and we choose to keep Baily and delist the other 2. Wonder what made us come to that conclusion and i also realize both Will and Payne where limited but at least they seemed keen.

Bailey is just lucky we were dumb enough to offer him 2 years 12 months ago otherwise would’ve been delisted over those guys

But thankfully we are only 12 months away from him being gone

I'll always remember his 3 vote game fondly. Randomly turned into Peter Matera for a day. Just a shame I can't for the life of me recall what happened in the final minute of that game

Seemed to be in part lack of confidence and in part being a type that plays to the level he's put in. Not one to dominate VFL and push someone out from the AFL list. Could go either way this year - his best when it includes his defensive run is enough to justify an AFL slot, but might be a few too many demanding spots ahead of him now.

Struggled but at the same time another who was screwed around by moving him out of position. He played half back and half forward barely any on the wing then in the vfl it was the same ohmy for him to then be thrown in the middle instead of the wing.

His form was his own worst enemy to start the year.
