He may have grown but if so, then he's 194.5+

He was no shorter than Watson or Giles in '94 and they were 195cm then. Just a reason for a story.

If my projections are correct, at his current rate of growth/improvement he should be a 218cm mid averaging 134 possessions in his prime.

One thing for sure, he's a huge lad who isn't remotely dwarfed by even ruckmen. The fact he's retained such ground ball skills is awesome.

While I was expecting good things from Cripps. I don't thing anyone could have expected the extreme makeover he has undergone from the pudgy above average sized midfielder at the start of the u18 championships to the ripped KP sized beast he is today.

I am confident that like Judd he will drag the Blue up from the bottom of the ladder. The only disappointment last season was his inability to hit the scoreboard. Seen enough of him in the 2s in his first season to know he can kick 30 goals for the season.

You want Crippa in the guts full time, but with less rotations he might drift forward a bit more in coming years.

He looks good there, but needs to work on his kicking for goal.

I know that height is a big talking point around Cripps but he was 194cm+ in his first year at the club.

Don't believe the stories of him being 190 that went to 192 and has come back this pre-season at 194. Cripps has been 194.5 for almost 2 years now.

I have never had feeling for another man even the great man Judd but recently I have started to feel stirrings in my loins every time I see a picture of Cripps and his frame at preseason.

I am in a real bind at the moment .... I just thank God I am in Africa for the forseeable future for if I was to go to a game next year more than likely I would smear my naked frame with honey and hundreds and thousands jump the fence and run to Cripps and give him a big hug before being tackled by security.
