ACB and Team = PAFC

We're going through quite a bit of pain ATM in cricket, but the more it unfolds the more it reminds me of what PAFC has gone through in the last 5 years:

- both had peak periods.
- than had key players retire.
- both governed by boards unwilling to change.
- both teams guided by stubborn people unwilling to let go (Ponting and Williams).
- both have certain 'gold pass' players who are untouchable.
- both fail to give outside players a descent chance.
- both have downhill skiiers... no-one who battles it out.

Honestly... 98, 513, and then 5-134 (thats our top batsmen GAWN)!!!

Too many "Strokers" and not enough blockers.

Only until ACB start making the tough decisions.

Thankfully the PAFC finally did that mid 2010 with Williams (they should have made the call last year though when his contract was up).

ACB need to make the tough call now on Ponting and Clarke primarily.

Hahaha been thinking for a while that Mitch reminds me of Port Power. Friggin devastating when he's going but hopeless and forlorn when he's not. He also looks like Troy Chaplin.
