So, from 2014 onwards...which clubs do you think have done better with later picks since 2014?

2019 - Keays, rookie
2018 - Sholl, 64 + Hamill, 30
2017 - Murphy, rookie, McPherson, 40
2016 - Himmelberg, 51
2015 - Keath, rookie + Greenwood, rookie
2014 - O'Brien, rookie + McGovern, 43

McGovern Keath and Greenwood all left so yes solid choices but not great picks for the club

And 2016 and 2018 appears to have clear misses from high picks. Our rebuild would be almost complete if we had nailed 2018!

You're not seriously suggesting they are no better? Baker, Graham, Broad, Butler, Short, Castagna and Lambert are all quality players, most multiple premiership players. Choi and Aarts look ok too.
ROB, Greenwood, Keath, McGovern all proven players and Himmelberg, Hamill, McPherson, Keays, Sholl look very likely to gave nice careers ahead.

Come on mate, you are comparing this list to multiple premiership players, it’s not close. And you mean Gov who this board takes the piss out of is now proven?

Interesting that GWS had no interest in Cox.

Cook should feel pleased - that article made it sound like every club was circling for him.

Some interesting info and can put to bed GWS were devo we picked Pedlar, they were considering him with their third pick only.

BACCS you might want to check your source

I wonder where he ranked in freo’s order, and how far he would have got if they didn’t take him?
