Was a slinging motion tackle that ended up with his head hitting the turf.

Is a free kick every day of the week.

Just went back and took a screen shot for reference.

Its there everyday of the week. Umpire too scared to call it with the context of the game.

People need to hold umps accountable for poor decisions

Your screenshot conveniently misses the part milliseconds prior where Bruhn goes over because his legs get caught up under the Giants player’s, and not because of any slinging motion.

This doesn't show anything.

Bruhn could of dived over the top and got it completely wrong

Slung him around in a motion that ended up driving the players head into the turf.

Dangerous tackle every week and has been for a long time now. Umpire got scared on the spot and didnt pay it.

He didn’t sling him. Bruhn was trying to spin out of the tackle, Giants player merely held on.

You can’t fling yourself around like a fish out of water and then blame the tackler if your momentum causes you to go head first.

You tackle a player and their head hits thr ground as a result especially after you spin the player or take them to ground, you are accountable.

That doesnt proove anything. Except for the fact he had his arms free as I already mentioned.

The giant players force ended up taking him to ground. Whichever way you want ti spin it, its a free kick. His head ended up hitting thr turf from a tackling motion that spun him around.

Been paid for years.

Giants player did not spin him. Bruhn tried to break clear and his momentum spun him around.

He kept his arms free, didn’t slam him and didn’t drive his head to the ground. Tackler can only do so much.

Even Chris Scott wasn’t arguing that call. Probably tells you it was fine.

Are you actually Bruhn posting after the game? Because I saw him slam his own head on the ground unnecessarily a number of times during the game...

The Geelong player threw the football. That is why the free kick was paid. The Geelong player was fully free to brace due to his arms being fully available to him.

The tackler contributed plenty of force to the action, just rubbish that he didnt. and eventually contributed to the motion of his head hitting the turf with his final fling motion. Bruhn didnt take himself to ground and drive his own head into thr turf. Stupid assertion to claim.

The GWS player caused him to ground and the action of his head hitting the turf.

I hope the geelong crowd and media are a bit vocal during the week and get a please explain.

No guarantee bruhn kicks it, but it was 100% a free kick and has been for years. The head is sacred in tackles that dpin fling or dump players to ground.
