Hats off to you, I agree it is important to have these figures correct before the finals start
I assume you will not only play a half if the Juggs are going to need every bit of percentage - or is top two only a remote possibilty for you guys now. If you are still bored at work, post some scenarios for hypothetical results this weekend
Who has booked Manuka on 30th August so the 3s/4s GFs cant be played there?

I reckon that was close on my worst ever disposal in the new club record of 141 games. Luckily we got up (and there were a heap of other clangers on the day) so all was forgotten...
Percentage is out of the question for us. If ADFA loose to ANU and Gungahlin loose to Harman this weekend the Juggs will finish 2nd outright if we beat Tuggers. If they both win then we will finish 3rd or 4th. If Gungahlin loose and ADFA win then we do have a chance on percentage to get 2nd spot but we would have to win by 200.
Comon ANU and HARMAN. Remembering these two teams need to win to have a chance of playing finals footy. Should be two cracking games this weekend.

so if Bidgee was to lose to Tuggeranong that could be the end of there season?? but fat chance of that happening.
Who would have thought ANU would still be in the running coming into the last round!!!
My tips are Jets will fall into 2nd Jets will grab 3rd but should have finished 2nd and ADFA will finish 4th just.

By my rudimentary logic, Harman are practically gonski. The only way they can make the finals is if (a) they beat the Jets by about 100 points OR (b) Murrumbidgee loses to Tuggeranong. Both are very unlikely although if Hilly only plays a half against Tuggers then that one might be very tight

There are some rumours circulating that Yass may have copped a couple of serious injuries to key players on the weekend. Can anyone confirm/deny?
Sporting pulse has the div 4 wrong to it shows jets losing to anu with jets short 4 points i no it means little in the wash up but still 4 more points looks better my tips.

From memory the same thing happened last year but AFLC were able to fix it quickly. Seems to be an issue with the way the Sporting Pulse software is operating rather than the scores input?
Heywood J ;The rumor mill will gain momentuim from here on in .Here is what i know and have heard yass have 1 injury and it is not as bad as first thought all bar foran are avilable for the fisrt final game at this stage.Im told swans have suffered 3 injurys to players that want play this week in saying that the same bloke who told me that also told me they beat hoggs x7 goals (liar) Now with the jets we are hearing that 1 will get his plaster off early next week and 1 of the cheif goal kickers may only have one wing for a while.As for belco ment to be at full strength.Should make for good finals footy lets hope every player due to play finals get through the last round ok.Still can't understand why 1 v/s 2 dont play on the saturday instead of the sunday as it reads (and if ive got this wrong i apoligise )3v/s 4 should be the sunday game.

We all know sporting pulse suffers badly from inacuarcy,s so someone please tell me how do you varify who is actaully quilafied to play finals footy when a side is able to lodge a team list with multiple players on it?It appears that a certain side has been able to submitt team sheets on more then one ocassion with more then the 22 players listed all players have been given credit for that game some have been listed in both div 3 and div 4 and been given credit for both which you can do provided you play up a grade and not down in the same round .The club has even submitted a team sheet for a forfeit with 23 players on it and all as stated above have been givin credit the biggest list submitted has 27 players on it so again how do know who is qualified

I think Russell Taylor used to be the AFL Canberra person delegated to processing the CD league team sheets. Cant say whether or not he was also the person who enters the details on sportingpulse.
The latest news boys have just spoken to rusty and he has advised that those team lists will be rectified asap they are currently working manualy on the percentage problems.A LSO FORMAT FOR THE FINALS 1 V/s 2 will be played saturday 3 v 4 played on the sunday hats of to actafl.

Yeah good job ACTAFL, it makes perfect sense for the 1v2 game to be played on Saturday. this is traditionally known as the second semi final - is that still the case and maybe a reason behind any misunderstanding???

The winner of 1 V 2 gets a week off and goes straight into the GF.
The winner of 3 V 4 plays the loser of 1 V 2 in the Prelim.
The loser of 3 V 4 is eliminated.
The winner of the Prelim plays the winner of 1 V 2 in the GF.
