Would be classic st kilda to lose an integral part of our system on the cusp of going to the next level.

if they believe we are on the cusp of going to the next level then i dont think any of them leave. you'd be mad too

however if they think the opposite and that we are facing significant challenges in the 2020 rebuild and that they believe it is not hitting its milestones to that 2020 outcome, then they may choose to move before it becomes publicly visible
