Have started playing a 20min quarter season in quest to finish all the achievements. 2 games down and it's safe to say this is going to take a while, 80 minutes a game takes it out of you, especially when I'm winning by 300+ points.
Going to sound like a noobish question, but is there a button that allows you to lock onto the ball whilst you're running towards it as it's on the ground?
I'm sick of running towards the ball and overrunning it, or having a kick bounce right past me despite it seemingly being in my path.![]()
I sat down and tried to get this achievement. I lasted 5 minutes into the first quarter.Have started playing a 20min quarter season in quest to finish all the achievements. 2 games down and it's safe to say this is going to take a while, 80 minutes a game takes it out of you, especially when I'm winning by 300+ points.
Triangle for the PS3, or the 'Y' button for the 360. Just hold it whenever you are running toward a loose ball. Simply a must-use button.
I played for a quarter and 7 minutes and that was enough. Was up by 150 and bored.I sat down and tried to get this achievement. I lasted 5 minutes into the first quarter.
What would peoples thoughts on a mutual quit button where if you are getting absoloutley smashed and you are not going to win you can offer your opponent the win and your opponent will still get the win and the xp and you will still get some but xp but not as much as sticking the game out.
And alternatively if you are winning and have something more pressing that needs your attention you can offer your opponent the draw thus still giving you xp and keeping both parties happy as no one gets a loss and you both get xp.
The reason the winning person can only offer a draw is because if it was a win it would be as soon as they get infront they would offer the win and the leaderboard would not be acurate to the players who are actually good at the game.
What are peoples thoughts ?

Beat some 11 year old by 120 points before - could have been much more but I felt sorry for him. Gave him a few banana shots from the boundary, he was laughing lol
Just had all my XP and online stats reset. Spewing!
Have gone from rank 180 to 7890 overnight. Had the Big Ant badge as well and is gone now...
The only good thing is it has rest my reliability to the top setting!
Tried to start online again and have lost 3 games by narrow margins and the 3 games I was winning the opponent ragequit. It's funny when you can hear them get frustrated in their mic so I know to shank some shots and let them back into a bit. Doesn't always work though![]()
Does anyone else get absolutely crucified time and time again with the advantage rule? So many times I'll get a free, and the ball will roll out of bounds, or to a contest as I'll stop for the free, then a few seconds later the advantage shows up I the corner, way too late and i lose any advantage I had.
