There are three in Perth, Carousel, Morley, Whitfords. Does anyone know how these store's work? Are they individual franchises, AFL owned, or a private Company?

AFAIK, Private company but selling licensed / authorised merchandise.

Nah, it's a way away, but much closer than any of the other three. Good to know it's there. Is Gateway the big complex where the Armadale Rd freeway exit is?

Yes on the Beeliar drive exit. The Pub next to it 'the gate' is ok. I live close to Gateways and close to the proposed new Freo complex if it ever gets underway.
