probably the first time when i have liked the all australian team!!!!!!! very well selected!!!!! thank god medhurst and pavlich got in

So Geelong win 3 more games than they did last year and end up with 3 less AA players?

Fisher ahead of Milburn, and Sandilands being selected in general.....wow....

Fremantle having 2 players in the AA team after winning, what 5 games all year?

Re: Big cox 4 in a row

Yeah its 6 all up for Pav now isnt it. Seems to be included before the season kicks off every year. Cox though, another stellar campaign despite the Eagles having a poor year. I expect more AA's next season when we bounce back and hopefully make the 8.

I know this thread will be full of people pumping up their own players that missed out but....

Surely Motlop should be in there, he had a fantastic season. Kicked goals, chased, tackled, took great marks, he did the lot.

Very unlucky...Medhurst had to be selected, so I guess at the end of the day Harvey being nominated as a forward took his position.

Mitchell dudded yet again. Apparently leading clearances for the comp time and time again means nothing.

Motlop also very stiff, selectors got sucked in by Collingwood whinging.

My guess;

B - Morris Scarlett Harley(c)
HB - Enright Bock Hodge
C - Cooney Bartel Richardson
HF - O'Keefe Riewoldt Johnson
F - Harvey Franklin Fevola
R - Cox Ablett Judd

Int - Sandilands (even though he shouldn't) Mitchell Corey Fisher

20 out of 22 missing on Medhurst with O'Keefe and Pavlich with Mitchell not too bad. Not much between Medhurst, O'Keefe and Murphy, Medhurst very worthy and Pavlich on bench no problem with that. Even though I picked it I still don't think Sandilands was deserving of AA selection.
