Almost a perfect weekend

Apart from my sons autographed Storm flag being stolen, we had a fantastic weekend up in Sydney for both the PFs.

The Bulldogs looked home and hosed in the friday night game, but the Broncos 2nd half blitz was something else. It was about the 4th time I've sat amongst Bulldogs fans and once again their behaviour was impeccable.

I didn't think Saturday nights game was as good as friday's, but I thought that stemmed from the Dragons "thinking" the best way to beat the Storm was up the guts. The Warriors showed how to beat them and I don't think any team has really followed suit yet.

I hope the Storm can win the GF as I think they've clearly been the best team all year. Unfortunately, it doesn't alway go that way, so they'll need to ensure they turn up ready to play.

A little bit of extra (small) history will be made too, as neither side has lost a grand final.

The police also seem to think that the Bulldogs crowd are very well behaved, amongst the best to use a quote. Fair enough, they did have some serious troubles but this year they seem to have really picked up there act. I'm glad they behaved well again.

Would love to go, but unfortunately, I can't make it. Due back at work on monday, plus my son has his 1st little aths meet on sunday morning.
