I actually wasn't. I haven't kept up with the chronology of the thread but I don't think it's unreasonable to give a few days at least for responses, particularly when there are a bunch of questions.

All of the applications are scrutinised. I understand you feel a bit hard done by but ND did scrutinise your application. There has been discussion as a result about potential experience limits, which I personally feel makes sense but shouldn't be necessary. No admin since the very early days has had less than five seasons' experience and I don't expect that to change.

ND - started S22, admin S31

If that will remain a criteria, will it become written into the process so people don’t waste their time writing applications that get rejected for some unwritten rule?

Where do you stand on updating rules/guidelines where it becomes apparent the current rule/guideline is inadequate?

Communication! That said, a lot of people are tapped on the shoulder for various tasks because they've demonstrated capability in an area. For those wanting to help, get involved in your LG, write media, write match threads, etc.

Currently in my third year of SFA, second season in LG, writing media and put my hand up to do match threads more than once. The first time I wrote one (first season) it was deleted … twice, because it wasn’t the official sanctioned version. Lesson learned. The second time I volunteered my services this season through the appropriate thread and was gaslighted out of publishing them.

Do you have any other suggestions for what newer players can do to get involved?

Will you make a list of jobs and skills required that can be published for rookies to learn where they can apply their talents?
