I think I find it annoying because of the Thursday night game - it feels like the weekend has started, this round of footy has started, and I sort of expect the rest of the matches to flow on through over the next couple of days. I'd prefer they didn't play on the Thursday either if they're not playing on the Friday. Make it Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

That said, I'm not particularly fussed one way or the other about Good Friday footy. I'd prefer they play, but I'm not going to march in the streets over it.
